  裁剪效率的提高将直接提升企业整体生产效率。通常情况下,使用数控裁剪机能使女装、西服企业提高生产效率20%左右,能使针织类服装企业提高效率10%以上。 
  4、节省面料
  数控裁剪机,面料根据科学准确的单耗量进行分配,不仅可以控制由于人为因素的浪费,同时对面料的管理也简单明了;准确的生产数据,安排生产、订单也具有准确性;使用CAD自动排料,比人工排料省面料且提高效率。
